...rest days are important, and I should take one every now and again. I did a spin class tonight, and shouldn't have after all the runnning I did yesterday. My legs were toast by the end of it!
I was famished by the time I arrived home, and had a rice cake with some PB whilst cooking dinner. Lewis the sneaky bastard snuck in for a sniff while I was snapping the picture!
I've been reading about Annie's mac'n' cheese for a while now, so I decided to see what all the hype was about. I had a box of the whole wheat shells with white cheddar sauce. To 'beef it up' I added a cup of mixed veggies and some italian sausage. Sorry for the crappy pic:
Andrew is gone to geekfest 3000 (to see a movie with the boys) so I'm bach-ing it tonight. I plan to hit the hay early, and maybe have a loooooong bath to soothe my tired legs.
Good Night...and remember REST DAYS ARE IMPORTANT!!!

Silly rabbit!!!
I know myself its hard to take a rest.
Lesson learned I hope!
Enjoy your night flying solo!
Oh by the way...I'm totally jealous you can have PB...27 days to go and I'm going face and eyes into a jar!! LMAO!
it so hard to remember that rest days are important...but I need to keep that in mind...thanks for the reminder!!
nosy bastard...lmao!!
Your salad inspired me to make my own caesar salad tonight....
i am not crazy about that mac and cheese either. most of the boxes aren't whole wheat - even KD whole wheat tastes better to me!
Yup rest days are important. Now if we could combine MY rest days with YOUR commitment to exercise, then we'd be in business! :-)
I had mac n cheese from a box the other day and realized how not good it really is. I used to eat a box between my daughter and myself. No more. I agree homemade is much better.
I too was interested in that mac and cheese after reading so much about it...but glad I didn't spend the bucks on it.
Glad to see you and I are on the same schedule workout wise...crazy is a schedule right?
I need to focus on my rest day being that....rest....
i'm not super big on it either.
