I used to hate it, but I'm starting to like it more. I've been doing it on off days from kickboxing and it does a good job of stretching out my muscles.
Nope. I despised it when I tried it. I couldn't even make it through the class (got dizzy and felt sick), and I NEVER normally quit halfway through a class!
If you don't like it, you don't like it. No law that says you have to like yoga. But I will say - finding the right yoga for you makes a huge difference. I've been to classes, I've done DVDs - some have been great, some have been terrible, and there are so many different styles. I'm just sayin'.
I started my weight loss battle in 2003 at 267lbs by following Weight Watchers.
Almost 7 years later, I've lost almost 100lbs and am keeping my weight down by enjoying foods that I love in moderation and exercising.

The answer to that is NO! I tried it once and hate hate hated it!

i tried it once and HATED it too.
When I first tried it, I couldn't stand it. It made me antsy vs. relaxed.
The problem was the instructor.
Tried several different classes years later and love it.
I'm with ya sista. It was on my "To Try" list for 2009. I bought a 2-week trial and that was it. I think I only made it to 3 classes in total.
The whole time the class was going I was waiting for the lights to come on and loud music. I don't have the patience for that kinda thing.
I think I'll just stick to kick ass classes and running!

I HATE YOGA! I really love pilates which I think is an acceptable alternative.
ugh, I hate/like it. I find it incredibly hard but I know its good for me to do. I still keep trying classes but I don't think I'll ever love it.
I hate the idea of going to yoga because I know it can be a little boring but usually once I'm there in the class I'm glad I went.

I also cannot stand yoga!! I hoped to be able to slowly start enjoying it, but i..just...don't!
