My dinner tonight: Steamed broccoli topped with goat cheese, 1/2 a sweet potato, 6oz of steak and a risotto'ish side- Quinoa, asparagus, toasted almonds and parmasean. SOOOO GOOD!

Today was a stellar day in the activity department. 60 min sweaty spin class, followed by 4 hill repeats. The run ended up being almost 7k and about an hour. My legs are pretty much hating me tonight, but it felt great. Andrew and Jersey joined me for the run which was nice too!
WI- I was down 0.4lbs. Not the greatest loss known to man, but hey, I'll take it.

Wow!! You are an inspiration Amy!! I hope that I too can find a passion for exercise, and not food! LOL! I love food. I am impressed that you eat all of these healthy foods, all of the veggies. You are a force to be reckoned with. Oh, and I love that you post pictures of your food. I should do that too. -Heather
Someone recently suggested Quinoa to me, but I haven't tried it yet.... looks DELISH on your pic though!!!
Quinoa! I haven't had it in MONTHS!!!! I can't seem to get it in the grocery store. It's not exotic or anything, but it's so hard to find in my neighbourhood. :(
Congrats on the lose. Quinoa hmmm I've been pondering buying some of that. Your doing a great job, the food looks delish. Keep up the good work.
