To exercise or not to exercise?
I'm feeling better today.
But nothing is really solid yet. (catch my drift)
And my back is still kinda achey.
Should I exercise today?

If you are feeling better, you might try some LIGHT exercise! I wouldn't do anything major though and give your body another day or two to get back to normal.
Ooch! I hope you're feeling better now! iiiish! I'd say if you feel like you can handle it, get some exercise in, but like LHOM said, keep it light. Maybe focus on some strength, keeping away from the back?

yes, but keep it easy. walk and read a mag or something. take the dog out.
do something light - and close to the washroom...It is always a hard call - but listen to your body and then do what is right for today and the long run. Missing an extra day so that you come back stronger and feeling better is the best - hang in there - hope you keep feeling better.
Why not stay home and put on a couple different workout DVDs!
Try something light, or a yoga class or something.
or a pilates video?
Something that isn't strenuous.
and if you feel awful, you can't say you didn't try.

If you feel that you have the strength to do so, give it a shot. You know your body best.
Hope you're back to being at your 100% soon =)
Honestly...I'd tell you to chill for another day...I know it's hard 'cuz you're so active, but your poor wee body needs to heal my dear!
