...my run today that is.
I woke up thinking, "6k, easy peesy"
That was the last positive thought I had for the day.
There are 5 cm of fresh snow in Ottawa today, and every cm of that snow made today's run almost unbearable. We were forced to take a couple extra walk breaks because of the terrain, so when all was said and done it took us 57 agonizing minutes to run an 'easy peesy' 6k.

Ouch! That dang snow will get you every time. Falls so nice and soft and pretty and then BAM!
I don't care about your negative thoughts because you freaking rock!!!
Thanks for all your comments on my blog, it does this girls heart good.
Bodyattack was awesome, I can't wait to see what is to come with this weeks new releases!
I've never run in snow but it sounds nasty!
Wow what a trooper you are to run in snow!! Good for you.
Great job for getting out there and getting it done - and not getting hurt doing it!
It was HARD out there today.
But I had a similar time for just under 7km pushing someone all the way in who wanted to give up after 2km.
I know how you felt.
Still a great job. Yesterday bit for running outside. I was literally saying: "Left leg, Right leg" near the end.
