Ottawa hosted the Hypothermic Half Marathon today. I trained for this race (minus one 18k run) but I'm a bit of route snob, so I didn't actually run the race.
Part of me is kinda bummed I didn't run the race, but the other part of me remembers the last time I ran it... and then the guilt goes away!

Did you know that the first Hypothermic in Ottawa in 2005 was along the Canal? Although it doesn't matter because I am never EVER EVER doing that race again. (I think I said that last year too.)
hey there... yea, i'm all caught-up on 24 - poor eric watched it with me last week and was very confused... i read somewhere that kiefer sutherland said he'd do one more year of the show - i think that's about all i can handle too... there's only so much yelling and sticky situations that i can handle... ;)
