T minus 2 days...

...until I weigh myself again! In preparation, I've pretty much had a stellar day!

B-Orange, cafe mocha
L- Sweet potato soup with crackers, another orange
S- 2 Source yogurts, coffee
AP- Body Pump, Body Attack
D- Roasted butternut squash, steamed broccoli, potato/sausage mash (leftover taters with sausage)

I just need to drink some more H20 tonight, and it will have been a perfect day!
