My gym is currently FILLED with skinny, bitchy, SPACE HOGS. I know I rant about them all the time.. but seriously. It didn't help that tonight was the new release tonight at Goodlife. I actually overheard one of them telling her fellow skinny bitch friends that all she'd eaten all day was lettuce with vinegar. Gah. I'm still irritated 2 hours later.
In good news though, the new release of Attack was SUPER fun! I worked up a huge sweat!!
I ate well all day today too. This healthy eating thing is easier then I remember!
Its been a while since I posted my meal plan... but today looked like this:
B- coffee, banana
L- Salad with goat cheese, orange
S- grapes, 2 Source Yogurts
D- Stirfry with WW noodles and chicken breast
S- yogurt with fruit, FF coolwhip and graham crumbs.
AP'S: Body Attack - High intensity aerobics for 60 mins. They say you burn 600-800 cals, but I find that a little high. I give it 4oo tops.

Give the gym until the end of Feb. It'll die down then when the New Years Resolution people start to get out of their "habits"!
My goal is to be one of those skinny bitches that people are annoyed to see. Although, I'll never be talking about freaking lettuce and vinegar. My dream is to someday be SO addicted to working out that I can eat whatever I desire. Yeah, this is probably not reality but a fat bitch can dream, can't she? haha
It's so funny...My roommate did the Body Attack class tonight at the Goodlife here in Halifax and loved it too...may have to hit it up with her some week :D

Ok...I'm totally calling BS on the lettuce & vinegar!! LOL...I think I would have laughed out loud after hearing that comment.
Ya, our gym is over-run with all the little newbies. Don't worry though, they will be gone soon enough.
I'm so excited for all the new music. I won't hear the new music for RPM & Bodyattack until the weekend but I'm glad to hear that so far its good!!
Haha...just imagine how satisfying it will be when one of those skinny bitches passes out on the treadmill thanks to her nonexistent food intake. :P
I used to hear it all the time - how all they would eat is lettuce and fat free yogurt. That is what it would take for me to be skinny and you can guarantee that I would be a bitch too! A skinny hungry bitch! Totally not worth it!
Seriously you can't do attack and only eat lettuce, some people!
They are right you burn between 600-800 calories per class depending on your size and intensity. Same for step and rpm.
For pump you burn about 300-400 cal a class.
Back on the coffee, huh?
Yeah, c'mon Feb when all the resolution joiners are back to their old ways and we get our gym back!
