Redemption

I punished myself at the gym today to make up for last nights over eating.

30 min run on treadmill.
Body Combat Class.

Tons of cardio does a body good.

And nothing beats the feeling of a great workout.

Amy - I dunno, I'm just anti-cardio I guess. I've gotten better results once I stopped steady state cardio. It's dead boring and it prevents me from sticking to a program. Also, steady state cardio does have some negative effects on your body. So...yeah I think steady state does have it's place for beginners, but as you get more advanced, you're better off sticking to high intensity. Easier to manage your weight that way.
