Smackaroni is one of my FAVOURITE recipes - EVER! I modify it with adding a few extra CUPS of chopped zucchini to bulk it up and you can't even notice (and you get more :-D)
I started my weight loss battle in 2003 at 267lbs by following Weight Watchers.
Almost 7 years later, I've lost almost 100lbs and am keeping my weight down by enjoying foods that I love in moderation and exercising.
