Jersey and I graduated Obedience Class!It was such a proud day for me! :) There were actually 2 dogs in the class that didn't pass, so I'm pretty excited about our success! Don't mind my shitty looking pic, needless to say I make no effort to look pretty to go to doggie school.
My cold seems to have migrated to my sinuses. Yuck. Energy levels are kinda back to normal though.
We just got back from the gymbo. My workout looked like this:
1 quick mile run - 8:30
15 mins elliptical
10 mins stair climber
1 slow mile - 12:10
5 min cool down walking
15 mins abs/push ups/plank/lower back.

Yay Jersey! My Lucy would have been one of the one who didn't pass! She can do all of the commands, but is a bit socially retarded around other dogs, god love her.
Glad you're getting back in action - I can't wait until these friggin antibiotics kick the ass of this bronchitis cause it sucks sounding like and old smoker lady!
