I love that song for some reason.
I did well last night. We usually eat pretty late to minimize late night snacking, but last night we ate quasi early.. allowing my tummy to start rumbling at around 8pm. I chugged water, and allowed myself to have a very small bowl of buffalo wing doritos. I had the points... and it satisfied my craving.
My hottie hubby vacuumed my car last night. It felt so great driving in with a clean car. As much as I love Jersey, fuck does she ever shed. I have roller brushes everywhere. I hate hair. You have no idea. I vacuum my house every day as soon as I get in the door from work. I think its time for us to start looking for a bigger vehicle. We currently have a 2 door cavalier and a sentra. Not condusive to a puppy or kids for that matter. No I'm not preggers.
On the agenda for today:
Charitable BBQ at work. I brought my lunch to avoid eating hamburgers and hotdogs. One point Amy.
Cardio Box class at the gym. Good workout. One more point Amy.
Mr B works until 7h30, allows me a little extra time at the gym. Points for Amy.
On the menu for today:
B: Apple, coffee
S: cheese and crackers
L: WW frozen meal, fibre one bar, banana
S: 2 plums
D: Chicken breast, salad, broccoli.

Love that song too!!
Good job!! Congrats on an OP day.
By the way.. you look smokin in the pic with the green dress and cute curly hair!!!
You day looks awesome! Keep rocking it out girl :)
ha, i have neither kids or a dog and couldn't live w/out my 4-door... it just makes life so much easier, all the way around... and i hate hair too - having a long-haired cat does wonder for creme carpet... ugh!
buffalo doritos sound tasty! yum! :o)
Duct tape.
It's the only thing that gets the Lucy hair out of the car seats - try it, it's better than those roller lint brushes by far.
Awesome points for Amy - you are a force to be reckoned with!
Well, keeping track of it is the way to do it. (I am lacking in motivation. But it so needs to happen.)
(You look awesome btw.)
good girlie.
Guess I'm lucky Mr. Bear's fur just rolls off the upholstery in the car. Drifts around in mutant killer dust bunnies in the house. Really, our floor is not and odd grey colour (except the kitchen, which hides his fur amazingly - ew). Gotta vacuum daily and the canister is like full every time! Good thing he's so cute.
Excellent planning job for the day! Throw those hands in the ayer!
Frig, I love that stupid song too.
I hear ya on the dog hair front. I sweep probably 3 times a week and there are huge clumps of black fur, probably enough to make another dog! Drives me insane!
I think that ayer is better for you.
With all the pollution and such.
:P
Now I have that stinkin song in my head! In the Ayer... ay... ayer... ayer! hahahaha. Anyway, you're doing great! Keep it up.
And can you come to my house and vacuum? I loathe vacuuming and have TWO dogs in the house. YIKES :)
I love the new "now" picture, love the hair!
and I say you have it going on girl! a plan of action and hell ya, you get points for it, nice work, colour me totally impressed..
MAKE ME THROW MY HANDS IN THE AY_ER AY AY AY_ERRRRRRRR!!!! It's so catchy and it gets stuck in your head for sure!!!
Amy - get the "Furminator" it is a brush for dogs and cats. It is a bit pricey (I paid $40 for the small one). It is ridiculously amazing.
They have a website with testimonials and stuff and I thought there was NO WAY it could get that much hair off a dog or cat. It works BETTER than the website says it does.
I got mine from a pet store at Billings Bridge and the woman told me I could bring it back if I wasn't 110% satisfied. Seriously. Totally worth it. You would NOT believe how much hair I got off my cats. Best $40 I ever spent.
