Jersey completed her first 5k today!
I'm ashamed to admit that she had more endurance then I did!! Frig, its a warm one out there today.
The dog park was SO MUCH FUN! So many nice people out there with their doggies. Jersey met 2 other golden retrievers Jack and Jessie. They were trying to teach her to swim, but she just wasn't quite into yet. She did get in up to her neck... so today I hope to get her back there for another attempt!
I think I need to either a) Rejoin WW or b) WW online. I need some stability back.

I do both WW meetings and WW online. I would've signed up for eTools but they never had the access codes. It's the best $21.95/month I could possibly spend. Have you ever done meetings?

I personally NEED the meetings. When I'm 'on my own' I tend to cheat and simply fall off the wagon. I need the meetings to keep me accountable and HONEST with myself! GOod luck!
I have two dogs of my own. Now I have 4. My sister coming back from Hawaii and sent her two ahead of her. So I will be keeping them for 3 weeks until she gets here. They are such a joy!
I say do what works for you. If you know you need the meetings then go that route, if can do it online and still be accountable then go that way. Just get back on track!!

That sounds fun! I wish we had a dog, but Matt isn't ready for the responsibility.
