No more ovaries for Jersey

She's at the vet as we speak.

She gave me the saddest puppy dog eyes ever when I left her there.

I am a horrible mother.

Awww. Poor Jersey - and poor Amy for having to take her.
It is for the best though dear.
I'm sure she will be very happy to see her when you go back to get her.

Just wait until you see how happy she is to see you when you pick her up. Hugs to Jersey and hugs to Amy. Amy, you are such a good doggie mommy!

Poor Jersey!!! You are a good mommy for doing that for her and not letting her go out and get pregnant!!!

I was so sad when Charlie got fixed, but laughed because he had to wear a cone on his head!!!

Jersey will survive, though if she's anything like my guys were afterwards she'll likely be super dopey when you bring her home and barely be able to walk straight. Amazingly enough, both of my dogs still like going to the vet.

poor puppy! She will be so happy to see you again. I know my dogs are excited when I pick them up from the evil place they call... THE VET!
Good for you for doing the right thing!

Oh I was in tears when I left Lucy for her operation and I couldn't believe how guilty I felt! It's different for the girls, it just is. Awwww...trust me you would not believe how well they bounce back. Lucy was pretty quiet for the first day and then she was back to normal again :-)

No. You are a good mother. Once it is over with, she will be a happier dog.

She will be okay and will give you lots of loves when you pick her up. I did the same thing with my dog too.
