My Menu is doing crazy things... and i've rewritten it like 3294 times. Not typing it again! GRRR!
AP's: 35 mins run, upper body weights and baseball.
Over by 6 points today. But I was friggin hungry and I earned lotsa AP's.

I plan my menu the best I can, but I'll tell ya, it is a rare day that I stick to it 100%. I kind of "plan" to not stick to the "plan" if that makes sense. For me, it's a general guide and I normally do not include my Flex, but you can be guaranteed I'm having at least 4 more points in the day more than it shows on my daily menu. I've tried to tell people that a few times, so I hope they know if they are trying to follow my meal plan for themselves.
If I'm hungry, I eat - period. Makes no difference what the plan says, I'm a girl who can't be hungry for a long time. It only makes me feel hungrier if I feel like I "can't" have something. That's how I roll!
great job on the 4L of water, that is an awesome accomplishment! I have a hard time some days with water, i usually forget about it!
lol at least you plan your menu most of the time! i never plan.. and i always leave the same amount of points for supper (unless their is a binge involved) planning would probably make things easier for me, eh?
